Two offers may include different equipment or leave out necessary elements. The review organises declared performance, auxiliary systems, exclusions, electrical requirements and points needing clarification. Technical and commercial comparison supports a documented decision. Proposed capacities and supply terms are reviewed with the equipment suppliers to establish a clear basis for comparison.
Follow-up can include technical enquiries, documentation review, visit preparation and issue tracking. Responsibilities and next steps are clarified to keep the parties working from a shared record. Manufacturing, assembly and programming retain their respective scopes; defining control requirements is different from programming a PLC or HMI.
