An improvement can depend on how several machines, their ancillary systems and operating conditions interact. We assess those relationships to define changes and integrate equipment into recycling, recovery or mineral processing lines, with attention to the installation as a whole.
Discuss my projectWhen new equipment needs to join an existing line, a process falls short of the desired quality or differences appear between stages. It also helps assess changes in material, sorting requirements, feeding or extraction that affect equipment and ancillary systems together.
We review the process sequence, inputs, outputs and conditions at each stage. We identify interfaces, points to check and improvement options. We coordinate clarifications with the technical parties involved and define electrical and automation requirements where they form part of the agreed scope.
A description of the current process and the issue, equipment specifications and layout documentation where available. Operating data, material characteristics and existing test results help distinguish observations from assumptions. Site visits or tests are defined according to the needs of the assessment.
An annotated process diagram, interface and integration requirements, an assessment of alternatives and a verification plan. Where PLC or HMI systems are involved, requirements definition remains distinct from programming and assembly work carried out by the responsible parties.
