A technical study of a micronisation solution integrated into an existing installation. The assessment related process requirements, Raymond systems and ancillary equipment to capacity, particle size, wear and filtration, so alternatives could be evaluated within their operating conditions.

Micronisation requirements needed to be defined and a grinding solution assessed against the existing installation. Requested capacity and target particle size had to be considered alongside material characteristics and operating conditions.
AMMARIX studied the requirements, compared Raymond systems and reviewed ancillary equipment. The assessment included wear, filtration and integration considerations. A 3D model of the studied solution was also prepared to help explain its arrangement.
The review related capacity and particle size to material conditions. Filtration, wear and ancillary systems were assessed together with the grinding equipment, as well as the space and connections needed for integration into the existing installation.
The study provided requirements, a technical comparison of solutions and integration criteria. The 3D model and its possible views represent the solution studied; they are distinct from photographs of a completed installation or manufacturing documentation.
