AMMARIX Industrial · Quotations

Compare quotations on a common technical and commercial basis.

Two prices do not necessarily cover the same supply. We review machinery and ancillary equipment proposals to understand what they include, which assumptions they use and which differences could affect your decision. The comparison follows your process requirements and the documentation available.

When this service makes sense

When quotations use different formats, declared capacities or scopes and you need to assess alternatives. It also helps before a purchase if questions remain about ancillary equipment, assembly, automation, documentation, assistance or spare parts. The review prepares specific questions and clarifies responsibilities.

What we do

We organise requirements and review each proposal against them. We separate equipment supply, services and exclusions, identify operating assumptions and compare costs on the same basis. Capacity and quality claims are examined alongside the proposed testing or validation conditions.

  • Equipment, ancillary systems and supply boundaries.
  • Operating conditions and declared performance.
  • Integration, documentation and support requirements.
  • Commercial differences and excluded items.

What information we need

Complete quotations, technical annexes and project requirements. Existing clarifications, material conditions and site constraints are also useful. If a proposal is incomplete, we identify the questions required to compare it without assuming that unlisted equipment or work is included.

What you can receive

A technical and commercial comparison matrix, a summary of differences and a clarification list for suppliers. Depending on the assignment, this can also include an assessment of alternatives explaining the criteria used and the points to confirm before making a decision.

  • Comparison using a common structure.
  • Record of inclusions, exclusions and questions.
  • Assessment conclusions and conditions to verify.
