AMMARIX Digital · Operations and projects

Organised information for tracking operations and projects.

We build tools that show what is being done, which information is missing and what needs to happen next. Tracking is organised around the decisions your activity requires. We connect stages, tasks, responsibilities and documents so that each person can consult and update the information they need.

When this service makes sense

This service is useful when projects are tracked through conversations, emails and spreadsheets that each person updates differently. It also applies when tasks, documents, responsibilities and operation statuses are difficult to connect.

The purpose is not to record information for its own sake. We first identify what each person needs to know and which information supports a decision or confirms progress. The system should help people work without adding unnecessary steps.

What we do

We define stages, responsibilities, minimum data and the criteria for moving between statuses. We organise the relationship between operations, tasks and documents, then prepare the views needed to consult the work.

When a project combines industrial and digital work, technical follow-up can become a structured information system: requirements, offers, milestones, issues and deliverables. Coordination, execution and development responsibilities remain explicitly defined.

What information we need

Walking through a real project or operation from start to completion provides a useful starting point. We need to know who is involved, how decisions are made, where documents are held and which questions are difficult to answer using existing tools.

  • Stages, responsibilities and validation points.
  • Examples of tasks, documents and issues.
  • Information needed in each view or report.

What you may receive

Depending on scope, you may receive a data structure, a process map, a tracking tool and tests of its workflows. User guidance explains who updates each piece of information and how to interpret its status.

Exporose management and the training project cover different activities with a shared requirement: connecting information with work. The same approach can serve industrial and commercial businesses, with specific requirements for each operation.

What does your operation need?

Tell us about your context, starting point and the issue you need to address. We will define a clear scope and deliverables.
