Exporose has commissioned AMMARIX One for its operations in Spain and Algeria. The application brings together operations, purchasing, sales, expenses, cash management, receivables, payments and documents. Development is completed for both contexts, and the Spanish operation has operational VeriFactu functionality within the application.

The project addresses the need to connect commercial activity with its financial information and documents. An operation involves more than a purchase or a sale: expenses, cash movements, receivables, payments and associated documents also require tracking.
Spain and Algeria are both part of the application's context. Management needs to be understood within each operation, with its own data and requirements, without treating the two environments as identical.
AMMARIX's contribution
AMMARIX has developed the management software commissioned for both operations. The work combines information organisation, user workflows and the functions needed to record and consult activity.
Available functions cover operations, purchasing, sales, expenses, cash management, receivables, payments and documentation. Relationships between these areas describe work from the underlying operation through to its associated movements and documents.
Relevant decisions
The application is organised around commercial activity rather than isolated features. Distinguishing between the Spanish and Algerian contexts is part of the case and explains the requirements of each operation.
For Spain, VeriFactu is operational within AMMARIX One. This function applies to the Spanish operation. The case distinguishes the shared management areas from functions specific to each working context.
Deliverables and status
The main deliverable is AMMARIX One, completed for Exporose in Spain and Algeria with the management areas described. The Spanish operation also has operational VeriFactu functionality.
The project shows how commercial operations, financial movements and documents can be connected within a management tool. It also explains work with an international scope through the specific requirements of the Spanish and Algerian operations.
