AMMARIX Digital · Custom software

Management software that fits the way you work.

When spreadsheets or a standard application no longer support your operations well, we can develop a tool around your data, business rules and working processes. We define the functions needed to record activity, consult information and prepare the documents your business uses in its everyday work.

When this service makes sense

This service is useful when information is repeated across files, operations involve too many steps or important business exceptions fall outside the current application. It also applies when several people need to consult the same status and follow shared rules.

The first decision is which part of management needs a dedicated tool and which can remain in existing systems. We define scope from actual use rather than a list of features detached from everyday work.

What we do

We review operations, users, input data and output documents. We define screens, permissions, calculation rules and relationships between records before developing and testing the agreed workflows.

Depending on the project, the application may cover purchasing, sales, expenses, cash management, receivables, payments, stock or internal tracking. Offline use, data imports and connections with other systems are assessed as explicit requirements.

What information we need

Anonymised examples of files and documents, descriptions of frequent operations and the problems encountered are useful starting points. We need to understand who uses the tool, on which devices and which decisions it should support.

  • Working rules, exceptions and priorities.
  • Data sources, quality and volume.
  • Existing systems and requirements for exchanging information.

What you may receive

Depending on scope, deliverables may include a functional specification, proposed screens, the developed application, test records and user guidance. Data migration, deployment and support are defined as separate activities with their own conditions.

The Exporose and food shop cases show different applications of the same approach: adapting software to the operation and checking its functions against representative situations.

What does your operation need?
